1/2 c butter
1 c peanut butter
1/2 c honey
1/2 c pure maple syrup (the real stuff)
2 1/4 c spelt flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 c chocolate chips
Bake cookies on a greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly browned. Makes 2 dozen cookies
