This is my husbands favorite Green Smoothie. Ingrediants: - 3 Large Kale Leaves
- 2 Apples cored
- 6 oz can of pineapple w/ juice
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/2 cup of Cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seed
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
Method: Blend all together. Its best to start with the Kale and cranberry juice to get the blender going then add other ingrediants.
